Returns Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Additional non-returnable items: -Gift cards -All items returned must be unworn, undamaged and in the exact condition as they arrived (including all labels/tags intact). -Any items found to be marked by lipstick, deodorant or make-up will not be refunded -Please also be aware that we will not refund on items returned to us which smell of perfume, tobacco or body odor. Items sold as a set must be returned as a set. -Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase. -Please include your order number with your returns paperwork when you return the item. -We do not accept returns on hosiery, body stockings, nipple pasties, thongs, knickers, briefs & G-strings due to hygiene reasons. -You must email us to arrange your return prior to sending back any item(s). It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery method, please note that all return postage costs are at the customers own expense. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
